Designing for 640 x 480
An easy way to make sure your site will always fit any size screen is to build the whole site within a table that is no more than 615 pixels wide. For example, your first few lines of HTML would look like this:
Once this is in place, you can just build your site normally within the table. Make sure you close out the table at the end of the file, by using this:
